For private banks & family offices · Singapore

Reimagining private banking for digitally native HNW clients.

An investment committee in continuous session on each client's own portfolio.

Praxis protects what your clients have built, compounds it toward their goals, and argues the wave properly when it comes — with their banker one tap away, already briefed, and every number checkable. Underneath runs an evidence chain built for a regulator's eyes: no invented numbers, hash-chained audit, provably client-scoped. The vigilance that wins the client is the same evidence that satisfies compliance — one architecture, two audiences.

Why now

Loyalty attaches to people — and walks out the door with them.

At the handover, the incumbent loses by default: the bank's real asset — decades of judgement about this family — is invisible and unrecorded exactly when it matters. And the client is not waiting: digitally native HNW clients experience the quarterly rhythm not as discretion but as latency.

62%of next-gen HNWIs would follow their advisor to a different firm.

Private-bank towers in a financial district
The squeeze: a retail app offers control without judgement; today's portal offers judgement without vigilance; a GenAI copilot fails a bank the first time it invents a number. No one delivers self-serve depth and fiduciary defensibility.
71%of Singapore HNW respondents manage their portfolios mostly or entirely self-directed.
76%of affluent and HNW Singapore respondents already use AI for finance and investment.

The DIY stack is already serving the depth — ungoverned.

Brokerage screeners, TradingView-style charting, social-media flow, AI chatbots: the digitally native client runs a research stack the bank never sees. A client app that offers no investment decision-support is not neutral — research attention moves to the apps that do, and attention precedes assets. The bank's real competitor is not another private bank; it is the other tabs open on the client's screen.

The client experience

The committee that never adjourns.

The reimagined private bank is organised around five client outcomes, in this order — on each client's own portfolio, not the market in general.

01

Protect — their wealth is watched

Every day, the governed engine resolves market, news and sentiment movement into per-holding impact on their portfolio. Most days the most valuable output is an evidenced "nothing threatens you today." Verifiable calm is the luxury.

02

Grow — compounding they can measure

Their portfolio read against their goals and their policy, continuously: allocation drift, concentration, what today's movement means for the plan — their wealth's own story, not generic research.

03

Seize — the wave, argued properly

Opportunity arrives pre-argued: bull and bear fought on cited evidence, scoped to their risk appetite. Short-term conviction with committee discipline — the win without gambling the base.

04

Control — on their terms

Any read can be opened: who is speaking, on what evidence, where the AI disagrees with the house. The research they already DIY — news, social sentiment, technical analysis — lives here too, cited and house-aligned. Control offered, never demanded.

05

Human — the banker, already briefed

Escalation attaches the full context. The RM stops re-deriving information and becomes what only a human can be: the arbiter, the confidant, the relationship.

You don't leave the bank that never stops watching your wealth

Praxis makes the bank's own recorded judgement the thing the client can't take elsewhere — and the advisor can't carry out.

Control & compliance

Depth for the client. Containment for the bank.

Every hour of research a client does outside the app is an hour the bank cannot see, cannot support, and cannot defend. Praxis brings that depth inside the perimeter — under five locked properties.

1

Research & investment support only

Never execution, never order routing. Every client-facing card carries the SFA/FAA decision-support label; "Discuss with your RM" on anything consequential.

2

House-view-aligned — never rampant

Every client-facing read is conditioned by the bank's versioned house view. Where the AI differs, the difference is tagged — governed dissent, not free-running advice.

3

Every item audited & monitored

Each client-facing output appends to the same hash-chained audit trail as the desk. Nothing reaches a client that compliance cannot reconstruct.

4

Compliance sees it in-app

The compliance console is the bank's live answer to "what is the AI showing my clients?" — which card, which client, when, on what evidence.

5

The bank decides what clients see — from a screen

A permission-matrix console drives the server-side deny-by-default visibility registry that already enforces every render. Control is configuration, not a change request to the vendor.

“Control is with the bank — with clarity.” The bank decides what clients see, sees everything the AI shows, can reconstruct any output — and the AI never leaves the house view unmarked. Not control by promise — control by configuration, audit and attribution.

What your firm keeps

What stays when your best people move on.

Four layers of staying power, deepest first — starting with the one that answers advisor attrition: the client relationship's recorded judgement, which belongs to the firm and cannot resign.

Layer 1

The compounding judgement ledger

House-view versions, RM overrides and the client's own recorded views condition every output — append-only, hash-chained. Every month Praxis runs, it knows more about how this family decides; leaving means starting from zero. Advisors carry relationships out (62% of next-gen would follow them); a recorded, versioned judgement stays with the firm.

Layer 2

Portfolio-first engine

Personalisation at engine level — movement resolved into per-holding impact — not a UI skin over generic research. Advisors themselves rank "a digital platform providing a holistic client view and actionable insights" the #1 capability for next-gen clients (WWR 2025).

Layer 3

Governance layer

Citation gate · hash-chained audit · four voices · server-side scope: the entry ticket a MAS-regulated bank demands and a generic GenAI wrapper cannot produce.

Layer 4

One evidence chain, two faces

RM desk and client face run on the same engines and evidence. The RM gets scale, the client gets vigilance, the bank keeps the ledger — rip-out cost compounds on both sides of the relationship.

Governance

Your risk function can check every answer your client sees.

Four mechanisms decide what a client is allowed to see and what a card is allowed to say — the four your compliance officer will ask about first. They run on every output, not on request, and they leave a record you can hand over.

[Factual] [House view] [User view] [Praxis view]

Portfolio-first scope

Every client-facing card must prove its relationship to the signed-in client's holdings before it renders; the server derives identity from the session — UI hiding is never authorisation.

No invented numbers

A post-generation citation gate checks every numeric token against the structured inputs; on failure the card redacts or refuses — regression-tested so invented figures still fail.

Four-voice attribution

Every read is tagged by who is speaking — [Factual] · [House view] · [User view] · [Praxis view] — seams shown, never blended; that is what lets one screen face a principal and a compliance officer.

Auditable by construction

Every run appends an immutable, hash-chained audit row naming the acting user and the model that actually served; a surface that cannot answer truthfully returns an error rather than fiction.

Trust is the product; the UI is how trust feels.

These are the capabilities running today — nothing evergreen, nothing a judge could falsify by opening the app.

Audit chain, verified intact

Hash-chained, valid: true, no break — the full chain verifies live on demand.

A compliance console exposes the live chain and its verification state on demand.

Citation gate, regression-tested

23

citation-gate regression tests green — invented figures still fail, re-run 12 Aug 2026.

On failure a card caps conviction, nulls the target, or refuses outright.

Governed daily run

A daily governed run turns market, news and sentiment movement into per-holding impact and a daily brief scoped to holdings, with as-of times.

Persona panel and structured bull/bear debate run on the client's own portfolio.

Deployed on a Singapore host

Desk face containerised, auto-TLS, cookie auth with a working lockout; cloud inference in AWS Bedrock Singapore, cross-region profiles excluded by policy.

Not yet operated for a client firm — no design-partner engagement has run.

Four-voice attribution, live

Every read tagged [Factual] / [House view] / [User view] / [Praxis view], with alignment notes when Praxis differs from the house.

Server-enforced role boundaries; an auth-on matrix proves the 403s. Client visibility is server-enforced from a deny-by-default registry today.

Evidence pack ships with it

FEAT mapping, model card and audit specimen travel with the product for the bank's risk function.

Signal calibration is gated at n ≥ 50 matured outcomes; the product says so on screen and makes no accuracy claim.

The product direction

Three acts — and we are honest about which is which.

The roadmap is part of the positioning: it shows the architecture has headroom, and it never puts the future in the present tense.

Act 1
Now
Demonstrable today
  • Desk face: Client 360, IC memo, SP memo, client brief, next-best actions, compliance console, live audit chain — deployed on a Singapore host.
  • The engine: daily governed run, persona panel and bull/bear debate, four-voice attribution, citation gate, hash-chained audit.
  • Client face: the client-side application is built and running; bringing it online as the Praxis client face is new work, not an operated capability.
Act 2
The pilot
90 days, with a design-partner bank
  • Wealth Sentinel, client-facing: the daily engine's per-holding vigilance presented to the principal, including the evidenced all-clear. The engine runs today; the client surface is the pilot's new work.
  • The client's seat at the IC: watch the debate on your own portfolio, challenge a side, RM arbitrates — the participatory surface is the pilot's new work.
  • Ask Praxis (proposed): the same governed model that produced the analysis answers the client and the RM — restricted to the client's portfolio and the Praxis-generated record, cited, every turn audited, switchable on or off from an admin Settings toggle.
  • Bank-admin visibility console: the permission-matrix screen over the server-side deny-by-default registry that already enforces visibility today — changes audited.
  • Passkey-first identity & handover mode: invitation, MFA fallback, session revocation, client-safe exports; next-gen principals invited early, under the bank's approval.
Act 3
The platform
Declared vision — not present tense
  • Total wealth graph: connect what the bank doesn't hold — cap-table equity, options, crypto, property — and run concentration, liquidity and exit scenarios across all of it.
  • Programmable IPS: the client writes plain-language rules and Praxis monitors and reports against their own policy.
  • Peer cohorts & readable private markets: anonymised "how are portfolios like mine positioned", and access where the diligence memo itself is the interface.

This website works the way the product works — one evidence chain, two faces. The flow you are reading argues to the bank; the toggle above shows the same product speaking to the principal. Same evidence, two registers — that is the architecture.

§

Where it stands, without spin. Praxis is a working product, deployed and demonstrable end to end; it has not been operated for a client firm, and we do not claim it has. Every capability above is either verified on the dates stated or explicitly marked as new work. Decision-support — not personalised investment advice under the Securities and Futures Act or the Financial Advisers Act.

The ask

One private bank, on its own infrastructure, evidence pack on the table from day one.

A 90-day design-partner pilot: single-tenant deployment inside your own cloud account, your house view loaded and versioned, the desk face with a handful of RMs, then a small cohort of next-generation principals under your own approval.

Days 0–30

Single-tenant deployment in the bank's own AWS account; house view loaded and versioned; evidence pack to the risk function.

Days 31–60

Desk face live with 3–5 RMs on a real book; audit chain and compliance console in the bank's hands.

Days 61–90

Client face enabled for a small cohort of next-gen principals under the bank's approval; passkey sign-in, session revocation, client-safe exports.
