Privacy Policy
What we collect through praxisw.com, why, who handles it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
In short
We collect only what you type into our contact form. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask, to contact the banker or family office you name. We set no tracking cookies and run no analytics.
No client portfolio data is collected through this website. Your portfolio stays with your bank or family office. Praxis itself is installed inside that firm’s own systems, and the firm’s own privacy notice covers how it handles your information there.
Who we are
Humancraft-AI Pte. Ltd., Singapore, runs this website and decides how the information you send is used. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Contact our Data Protection Officer at admin@praxisw.com.
What we collect through the contact form
Only what you choose to type:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your comments or questions (required)
- Your private bank or family office (optional)
- Your banker’s, relationship manager’s or family office contact’s name, and their work email or phone (optional)
- A preferred time for a private call, with your time zone as set on your device (optional)
We also record which page of this website you sent it from and the time it arrived.
Why we use it

- To arrange a private demonstration, if you asked for one
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
The banker or family office you name
If you give us a contact at your bank or family office, we use it only to reach them about your request. We tell them that you asked us to get in touch and what you asked about. Please only give us a work contact they have shared with you.
Your consent
By sending the form, you agree to us using your details as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; we then stop using your details and delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Who handles it for us
Your message is saved on our own server in Singapore, rented from a cloud hosting company.
It is emailed to our mailbox using a cloud email service in Singapore. Our mailbox is provided by an email hosting company that may store messages outside Singapore. Where it does, we rely on our agreement with it to protect them to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
These providers handle your information only to deliver this service to us. We share it with no one else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you and how we have used it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email our Data Protection Officer at admin@praxisw.com. We will reply within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
Cookies and browser storage
We set no cookies. The website remembers one thing in your browser: whether you switched the animation on or off. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Everything on the website, including its typefaces, scripts and films, comes from our own server. Your browser does not connect to any other company while you read it.
To stop the contact form being flooded, our server holds your internet address in memory for up to an hour when you send a message. It is not saved with your message.
Security
Your message travels over an encrypted connection and is kept on a server only we can reach. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send account numbers, passwords or portfolio details through the form.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
